Comments:
Solid, non-cystic papillomas are sometimes classified as ductal adenomas or adenomyoepitheliomas. The cystic space in this papilloma is nearly obliterated creating a solid appearance with complex architecture. Epithelial hyperplasia, fusion of papillary fronds and stromal overgrowth has resulted in a pattern resembling sclerosing adenosis.
