This case represents secondary involvement of the prostate in a 69 y/o male with known history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He underwent prostate needle biopsies following detection of elevated serum PSA at screening. All 12 biopsy cores were diffusely involved by a CD20 positive small lymphocytic infiltrate.
