Shown here is the most common microscopic pattern - tubular type of adenomyoepithelioma. Dark staining cytoplasm of the cuboidal epithelial cells lining the tubular and glandular structures creates a stricking contrast with pale or clear cytoplasm of surrounding myoepithelial cells.   return to Adenomyoepithelioma
