Comments:
The tumor is composed of spindle or fusiform cells with abundant pink cytoplasm due to accumulation of intermediate filaments. There is trabecular arrangement with cells often arranged perpendicular to the axis of the trabeculae. There is prominent inter-trabecular hyalinization due to deposition of hyalinized collagen and basement membrane material.
