Toxoplasma Lymphadenitis

The patient was a 19 y/o male who presented with painless axillary lymphadenopathy. Lymph node biopsy showed findings of toxoplasma lymphadenitis. The diagnosis was confirmed by serologic tests. The image shows a hyperplastic follicle with a reactive germinal center containing numerous tingible-body macrophages. Clusters of epithelioid cells can be seen in the upper right of the follicle.
