Genital Herpes in a 32 y/o diabetic male who presented with persistent balanitis and irregular ulcers on foreskin, not responding to pharmacotherapy. Circumcision was done. The image shows interface between ulcerated and non-ulcerated skin. See higher magnification in the next two images.
