EBV+ Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

EBV+ Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), NOS - Morphology: The affected nodal or extranodal sites show effacement of architecture by a population of large transformed cells with angiocentric/angiodestructive growth and geographic necrosis. The large cells resemble centroblasts, immunoblasts, Reed-Sternberg-like cells, lymphocyte-predominant (LP) cells, or highly pleomorphic cells. Additional images and discussion are here.
