Comments:
EBV+ Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), NOS, is a clonal B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder seen in apparently immunocompetent individuals. It does not fulfil the criteria for other EBV+ lymphoproliferative disorders such as mucocutaneous ulcer, lymphomatoid granulomatosis, and DLBCL associated with chronic inflammation. It was previously called EBV+ DLBCL of the elderly as it is most often seen in the elderly. It usually involves extranodal sites such as skin, lung, tonsils, and gastrointestinal tract (shown here with colon involvement). Additional images and discussion are here.
