Low power view of papillary serous carcinoma of endometrium. This tumor is usually seen in postmenopausal women. It may be admixed with other variants of endometrial carcinoma. Serous carcinoma of the endometrium is a highly aggressive tumor and is frequently associated with myometrial invasion and vascular invasion.   return to Endometrial Carcinoma
