They are rare and usually manifest by age 30 years. Muscles of thigh is one of the most commonly involved locations. Clinical presentation is usually an enlarging soft tissue mass with or without pain. The image shows numerous capillary-caliber vessels extending between skeletal muscle fibers.   return to Hemangiomas
