Lipoblastoma : Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry: The adipocytes of lipoblastoma are positive for S100 protein, CD56, CD34 (shown here) as well as desmin. PLAG1 immunohistochemical marker is now available and is positive in lipoblastoma. Immunostains are usually not necessary to make the diagnosis.
