Comments:
Malignant lymphoma is the most common primary tumor of middle mediastinum; however, they can also be seen in anterior or superior mediastinum. Mediastinal Hodgkin lymphoma can involve thymus, mediastinal lymph nodes, or both sites. Young females are slightly more commonly affected. Most cases of primary Hodgkin lymphoma of mediastinum tend to be nodular sclerosis type.   return to Lymphomas of the Mediastinum
