Another case of type AB thymoma. The type A component (upper right) is demarcated from lymphocyte-rich type B areas (lower left) by a fibrous band. Approximately 15% of type AB thymomas are associated with myasthenia gravis. Some cases may be associated with pure red cell aplasia.   return to Thymoma : Type AB (Mixed)
