The patient was a 41 y/o female with an enlarged lymph node in her neck. Sections showed proliferation of bland spindle cells, foci of recent and old hemorrhage, and fascicles of collagen fibers (amianthoid fibers).    return to Spindle Cell Tumors of Lymph Nodes
