Intermediate-power view shows a uniform population of small to intermediate-sized cells with round nuclei in a classical Burkitt lymphoma. Two additional morphologic variants are known - atypical or pleomorphic form with larger cells and plasmacytoid form with eccentric nuclei and cytoplasmic immunoglobulin.   return to B-Cell Lymphomas
