The neoplastic marginal zone lymphocytes are small to medium sized cells with oval or round nuclei and abundant pale staining cytoplasm. In the case shown here, the residual mantle zone lymphocytes and germinal centers have been completely obliterated by sheets of neoplastic marginal zone lymphocytes.   return to Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
