Topic: Spermatocytic Seminoma

Category: Testes

Comments:
The case is from a 54 year old male - the tumour had been present for 4 years. The histology was that of a spermatocytic seminoma. No sarcomatous component was present. There is very little normal testicular tissue remaining. The fluid adjacent to the lobules of tumour had a gelatinous, mucoid quality. Case courtesy of Dr. Kim Billingham, Southmead Hospital, U.K.; Used with permission   return to Spermatocytic Seminoma
