Comments:
This case of spermatocytic seminoma is from an asymptomatic 45 y/o airline pilot who was found to have a firm nodule in his left testis on annual physical exam. There was 2.8 cm well-circumscribed mass in the lower pole. The cut surface has a somewhat gelatinous consistency.
