Comments:
Pleomorphic lobular carcinoma. This tumor has the growth pattern of a classic invasive lobular carcinoma but displays marked nuclear pleomorphism. The tumor cell nuclei in this image are variable in size and shape, have irregular contours, and are quite hyperchromatic.
