Comments:
Adult vas deferens is lined by pseudostratified columnar epithelium (consisting of principal cells, pencil cells, and mitochondria-enriched cells) resting on a layer of basal cells. The muscular coat consists of inner and outer longitudinal layers and middle circular layer.
