Gallbladder Dysplasia

Comments:
The image shows high-grade dysplasia. The diagnosis of dysplasia is established on cytology alone irrespective of the architecture. Molecular studies play a limited role in distinguishing dysplasia from its mimics (e.g. reactive changes).
