Comments:
This patient with history of papillary urothelial carcinoma of bladder presented with an erythematous slightly raised lesion involving his penile and scrotal skin. There are intraepidermal clusters of atypical cells with associated hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, and papillomatosis.
