Cardiac Angiosarcoma

This high-grade angiosarcoma showed a near-solid growth pattern with only a few recognizable vascular channels; however, the presence of intracytoplasmic vacuoles with red blood cells in many of the tumor cells was a helpful diagnostic clue.
