Primary angiosarcoma of breast, intermediate grade (Grade II): Grade II (intermediate) lesions show anastomosing vascular channels with greater nuclear atypia in the lining endothelium (as seen in the right half of this image). There is greater degree of cellularity, endothelial multilayering, and papillary tuft formation. Solid areas are not seen.
