Solitary Fibrous Tumor : Giant Cells

This variant of solitary fibrous tumor (aka Giant Cell Angiofibroma) contains multinucleated giant cells in the stroma or around vascular spaces. It was initially described in the orbit but has been reported at many other anatomic sites.
