Clear cell sarcoma-like tumor of the gastrointestinal tract (also referred to as Malignant Gastrointestinal Neuroectodermal Tumor) is a rare highly aggressive tumor that resembles clear cell sarcoma of soft parts. It typically involves the ileum in young and middle-aged adults, although any part of the gastrointestinal tract may be affected.
