Angiomyolipoma: It belongs to the PEComa family of tumors and usually involves the kidney in patients with tuberous sclerosis. It consists of mature fat, smooth muscle cells, and thick-walled vessels. It often shows epithelioid smooth muscle cells that stain with melanocytic markers (HMB45, Melan A).
