Atypical Lipomatous Tumor/Well-Diff Liposarcoma : Lipoma-like

Lipoma-like atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma (ALT/WDL): This case had numerous hibernoma-like cells with granular, microvacuolated cytoplasm. Note the variation in the size of adipocytes. Scattered unequivocal lipoblasts with scalloped nuclei as well as atypical stromal cells were present throughout the tumor.
