Lipoma-like atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma: The tumor consists of adipose tissue admixed with fibrous stroma. Note the variation in the size of adipocytes. Atypical stromal cells can be seen even at low magnification. Numerous univacuolated lipoblasts were present.
