Pleomorphic Liposarcoma : Gross Pathology

Pleomorphic liposarcoma of the retroperitoneum. The tumor completely engulfs the kidney. The patient was an elderly male who presented with vague abdominal pain. The mass was discovered on an abdominal CT scan.
