Myxoid Liposarcoma, High-Grade

High-grade myxoid liposarcoma showing an admixture of high-grade tumor cells in clusters along with bland spindle/stellate cells in a myxoid stroma. Previously, this would have been termed myxoid/round cell liposarcoma.
