Myxoid Liposarcoma, High-Grade (Round Cell LPS): Diffuse sheets of high-grade tumor cells separated by hyalinized stroma. In addtion, there were dense, hypercellular clusters around blood vessels. Scattered univacuolar lipoblasts were also present.
