Image Description

Gross Pathology: Grossly, lipoma arborescens consists of yellowish, arborizing villous or grape-like projections composed of fat. The term arborescens is derived from arbor (Latin for tree) given its tree-like appearance. In some cases, the fat-filled synovium may be nodular or even flattened.
