Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans - Fibrosarcomatous Variant

This specimen was removed from the back of a 29 y/o male (see next image for clinical photograph). He had previous history of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans with multiple recurrences at this location. The tumor measured 20 cm in greatest dimension and consisted of multiple solid gray-white nodules infiltrating deep into fibroadipose tissue.
