Nodular Fasciitis : Treatment

Nodular fasciitis is benign reactive process incited by local injury or an inflammatory process. A simple excision is curative. It rarely recurs, even with incomplete excision. Unfortunately, it is frequently misdiagnosed as a sarcoma leading to unnecessary radical surgery.
