Immunohistochemical Profile of Lipofibromatosis: The spindle-shaped mature fibroblastic cells as well as more primitive-appearing cells are immunoreactive for SMA and muscle-specific actin but negative for desmin. There may be positivity for CD99, CD34 (shown here), and EMA; S100 protein is negative. There is no nuclear staining for β-catenin.
