Fibrosarcomas present as slow growing, painless mass between 3rd and 5th decades of life. They usually involve deep soft tissues of upper and lower extremities and trunk. Fibrosarcomas arising in burn scars and postradiation tend to be superfically located. The image shows uniform spindle cells arranged in fascicles and separated by collagen fibers. Pleomorphism, multinucleated giant cells, and bizarre nuclei are rarely seen.
