This is a rare autosomal recessive disorder affecting children characterized by hyaline deposits in skin, oral cavity, bones and joints. The patients develop multiple, slow-growing lesions that often recur following excision. Histologically, it shows scant number of bland spindle cells in a homogenous hyalinized matrix.
