The differential diagnosis of lymphangiomyomatosis includes Langerhans cell histiocytosis, Birt-Hogg-Dube syndrome, extensive centrilobular emphysema, benign metastasizing leiomyoma, and metastatic cellular fibrous histiocytoma.
