Another case of inflammatory pseudotumor of the lung showing collagenized stroma containing a mixed inflammatory infiltrate of plasma cells, lymphocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils. The inflammatory infiltrate somewhat obscures the fibroblastc and myofibroblastic cells.
