Image Description

Invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma of lung. The tumor showed a prominent lepidic growth pattern as well as multicentric aerogenous spread. The solid white nodule represents the invasive component surrounded by poorly-defined areas resembling bronchopneumonia that correspond to the lepidic growth.
