Aneurysmal Bone Cyst (ABC) - Microscopic Features: The fibrous septa surrounding blood-filled spaces in an ABC frequently contain delicate strands of immature woven bone lined by plump osteoblasts. In addition, a thin shell of reactive bone is often found at the periphery of the lesion.
