Case History: Aneurysmal bone cyst involving proximal humerus in a 10 y/o female who presented with painful shoulder. X-ray frontal view (left half) shows blow-out expansion of the proximal humerus with smooth periosteal reaction. Note the intact growth plate. MRI coronal T2 fat sat (right half) shows multiple fluid-fluid levels characteristic of an aneurysmal bone cyst.
