Aneurysmal Bone Cyst (ABC) - Imaging: This MRI (axial T2 fat sat) is from the same case as image 3 and shows expansile lesion of proximal right fibula that is T2 hyperintense with numerous fluid-fluid levels. Note the surrounding soft tissue inflammation.
