Paget Disease of Bone (PDB) - Imaging Studies: 80 y/o female with low back pain. Anterior radiograph of pelvis confirms suspicion of Paget disease in left ilium and right upper femur. There is expansion of bone with sclerosis and coarsening of trabecular pattern.
