Bizarre Parosteal Osteochondromatous Proliferation (Nora's Lesion)

This lesion usually occurs in the small bones of hands and feet (hands>feet) and occasionally in the long bones. Radiographs show a well-demarcated mass of mineralized bone attached to the cortical surface of the involved bone.
