Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

Another typical case of a giant cell tumor of the bone. The nuclei are round to oval and surrounded by dense eosinophilic cytoplasm. Due to the similarity of their nuclei, it may be difficult to discern where mononuclear cells end and giant cells begin.
