Giant cell tumor of bone in the distal radius. The tumor involves the metaphysis, diaphysis, and epiphysis. The tumor extends to the subchondral bone plate. It has eroded through the cortex producing a soft tissue mass. The cut surface has solid, hemorrhagic and cystic areas.
