Dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma of the femur. The specimen shows a pathologic dislocated diaphyseal fracture of the femur. The medullary cavity is filled with lobulated, pearly-white, translucent cartilaginous tumor. The surrounding soft tissue shows grey-white areas that contained the dedifferentiated tumor.
