Another case of a chondromyxoid fibroma showing microlobular areas with myxoid appearance separated by cellular sheets. In these cellular foci, the tumor resembles a chondroblastoma. The myxoid stroma in chondromyxoid fibromas stains uniformly and does not show the liquefaction present in chondrosarcomas.
